The most spiritual thing that one can
consciously do for themselves is to
exercise their body. With exercising our
body, we re-connect with our sacred
temples and activate our re-connection
with the breath.
The breath, being the most important food
of all foods, for life, in form. It seemed very
funny when I first heard, that breathing is
something that most people do not know
how to do. Then I realized this to be a fact.
Right now.. how is your breathing?
If you’re uptight about something,
chances are, that you’re probably
taking short breaths, where as your
body is screaming for more breath.
One thing I have learned is that when I am
focusing on my breath, I cannot think of
anything else at the same time. it’s truly
a way to experience more peace.
When exercising, the body intuitively takes
deep long breaths, in and out. Exercising, is
how we turn our re-actionary minds into
the mind of a loving mind, one that loves
you, and empowers you, Through
exercising, we begin to empower ourselves
by becoming awake, by consciously
directing our attention towards the loving
Remember that in which we give our power
to, we become. Energy attracts like energy.
So if you are the one who is having the
experience of not being loved.
The Question is, are you loving you?
Its always been an inside job and continues
to be so in the now…
Practice becoming healthy again. Exercise
you, breathe you, love you.
Go for a walk, Ride your bike, that is sitting
in the garage, go for a hike.
Get out of the house and enjoy the blessing
Patient: I'm having trouble breathing.
Doctor: Well, I think I can give you something to stop that.
