4 Simple steps to reducing stress.
Sometimes there comes an emergency and there’s no one around to
call or to help. Here’s a bit of advice.
1. Turn off all of your electronics
Turn off the TV
Turn off your computer
Turn off your music
Turn off your cell phone
2, Drink Lots and Lots and lots of Water
Dehydration causes the body to stress
Coffee dehydrates the body and water hydrates
the body. Water is truly the foundation of all Life.
3. Breathing
Chances are that if you're stressing right now
you're probably taking short breaths which in
itself is causing more stress onto the body.
Breathing is everything. Focus doing belly
breathing, taking the oxygen into your body
from your belly. We take in way more oxygen
this way.
Put up little notes to Breathe as reminders can
help.Breathing consciously in and out becoming
aware of your in and your out breaths.
Focus on taking longer one’s in and longer one’s
out. This will take your attention away from any
given situation and focus solely upon you and
your breath. If you make the present moment
the primary focal point of your life, ego will
diminish.
4. Go for a walk in nature.
Sit by the water, sit next to a tree, listen to
nature and she will help you to remember
how to return back into peace again. I do
